I am pleased to be included in your survey. I was a member of the New  Philadelphia City Schools Board of Education, Vocal Majority Officer and the impetus behind planning the European Tour.  In 2006 New Philadelphia High School' select men's and women's ensemble toured portions of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. The 32 member group is award winning and has a long tradition of excellence. Their  farewell concert in Vienna, was a joint concert with the Vienna Choir Boys.

The Chorale is only the second group in the history of the VCB to be invited into their domicile and was honored to study under the direction of Herr Harrigan, VCB Director.  European Tour Connections, and particular Mr. Walter Strohmayr were critical components of the success and enjoyment of the Chorale.  We were adamant about the required performance venues, and very specific in terms of what was expected. We were overwhelmed by the attention to detail and the quality of lodging accommodations and meals provided. An example of ETC's exemplary service is best evidenced by their response to unanticipated circumstances. The first example occurred before we left the U.S. when an additional member needed to be added to the tour; 3 days before departure.  ETC secured from Lufthansa a ticket on a plane that was sold out. During the tour, when a weasel(which we later learned were indigenous to the area) decided to chew a coolant hose, stopping the bus and putting our performance in Innsbruck at risk, ETC secured a replacement bus and literally within minutes we were once again on our way.  

I have absolutely the utmost respect for the company, and specifically their representatives in the U.S. Moreover, the tour director, and bus driver we had were engaging, articulate and were attentive to every detail. No matter what the circumstance, our best interest received their total attention.

 In summary, I offer this unqualified recommendation without any hesitation whatsoever. I can assure you that given my personal experience on the tour, I would not consider any other than European Tour Connections in the future.   I have attached a web site for my son, Kyle Snyder who is a sound engineer, finishing his undergraduate degree.
